Description / Scope of Work
The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of filtered water bottles for DRAP HQ-I and DRAP HQ-II along with water dispensers. This procurement is planned under FY 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for the project. The scope covers provision of filtered water bottles and associated water dispensers to serve the headquarters facilities located at the Prime Ministers National Health Complex, Park Road, in Islamabad Capital Territory. The procurement will be executed at the federal level under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Bidders must be eligible as per the eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents and are required to submit a bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the format provided in the bidding documents. All bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. The procurement will adopt a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) Technique.
