The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed tenders for the procurement of a water tender with a capacity of 20,000 litres, latest model, fully loaded with latest specifications as per Original Equipment Manufacturer requirements. This is a single-item procurement for the Pakistan Navy's operational needs in the Federal region. The tender is issued through Bahria Gate, Naval Residential Complex, Islamabad, and is governed by PPRA Rules 2004 and Defence Purchase Procedure & Instructions DPP&I-35 (Revised 2024). The contract award will be made to the lowest technically accepted bidder subject to security clearance and compliance verification.
Bidders must be registered or willing to register with DGDP (Directorate General Defence Purchase) to qualify for contract award. DGDP-registered firms are required to submit a Bank Challan of Rs. 200 in favour of CMA(DP), while all other firms must submit Rs. 300. Technical offers must be submitted in duplicate and include manufacturer authorization letters (where applicable), manufacturer price lists, and all compliance documentation against tender specifications using DP-1 and DP-2 forms with detailed remarks. Tax filing proof and DGDP registration letters are mandatory for evaluation.
Tenders must be submitted in three sealed envelopes containing technical offer in duplicate, earnest money, and commercial offer respectively, before 24 September 2026. Technical offer will be opened first, half an hour after the specified date and time for tender receipt.
