For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
NADRA is expanding its AirGap on-premises cloud infrastructure by procuring additional management nodes for orchestration software.
This is a goods purchase (not services), suggesting a hardware/licensing component for existing infrastructure scaling. Single-stage two-envelope LCBS process indicates competitive pricing will dominate evaluation; technical capability demonstration required upfront. Fiscal 2026-27 allocation suggests budget certainty. Expansion (not replacement) implies vendor must demonstrate compatibility with deployed AirGap architecture—a potential technical barrier for unfamiliar vendors.
Who can bid: Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 before submission. NTN and SECP registration typically required for Pakistani entities; foreign bidders may have alternate pathways. No specific PEC category stated (software/IT goods procurement). Bid security mandatory in prescribed forms (PO, cheque, guarantee, or declaration). Complete eligibility criteria in bidding documents on EPADS portal.
