Paharpur Irrigation Division, Dikhan, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed competitive bids through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System for improvement, rehabilitation and refurbishment of pumping station number one under the jurisdiction of Paharpur Irrigation Division in District Dikhan. The project involves solarization of existing sump wells, pump houses, and augmentation of Takarwah and Kot Hafiz disties from PS-2 (Awan Nullah) in District Dikhan, with an estimated cost of Rs. 8.95 million. The scope encompasses initial site surveys, design, manufacturing, delivery, installation of solar panels and solar pumping inverters, testing and commissioning of works. Bidders must possess renewed registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and valid Pakistan Engineering Council license in the relevant category for the 2026-27 financial year. Bid security of two percent earnest money plus stamp duty of the estimated cost must accompany submissions. All bids must be uploaded through the EPADS portal before the closing deadline on September 28, 2026 at 12:30 PM, with tender opening on the same date. The bidder must be the manufacturer or producer or duly authorized by the manufacturer to supply solar panels, inverters, pumps and motors of quoted make and model, with valid manufacturer's authorization certificates and relevant purchase or import documents required.
