The Executive Engineer Buildings Division Naushahro Feroze invites e-bids through the EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) portal for three repair and reconstruction works at medical dispensaries in Sindh province during the 2025-26 financial year. Bids quoted more than 20 percent below estimated cost face outright rejection, while those 15-20 percent below must provide detailed price analysis and additional performance security of 10 percent of the difference.

Tender submission opens until 11:00 AM on 28 September 2026, with opening by the Procurement Committee on the same day at 11:30 AM. In case of government holiday or tender cancellation, the next opening date will be 14 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders are responsible for monitoring the EPADS portal for updates and must ensure complete Standard Bidding Documents are submitted with all required certifications and financial documentation.
