Description / Scope of Work
The SSGC Procurement Department invites sealed bids for the procurement of hydraulic oil, grease, work gloves and Teflon tape under reference SSGC/LP/EPADS2/NR/2183291 (P93958). These are essential consumable goods and materials required for operational maintenance and field work activities. The procurement follows the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and is executed through the ePADS v2.0 electronic bidding platform, available at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/93958 for all registered bidders. Funds have been reserved under the FY 2026-27 budget allocation for this national-scope acquisition in Sindh province.
Eligible bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 and are required to submit a bid securing declaration as per the format specified in the bidding documents, or provide bid security in the amount detailed in the Bid Data Sheet. The procurement adopts a Single Stage-One Envelope approach using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, meaning technical and financial proposals are evaluated together in one submission. All bidders must comply with the General and Special Conditions of Contract, sign the Integrity Pact, and be prepared to furnish a Performance Guarantee upon contract award.
Electronic bids must be prepared in accordance with the detailed instructions provided in the eBidding Documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 03:30 PM. Bid opening will occur the same day at 04:00 PM. Manual bid submissions are not accepted.
