For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Framework contract for supplying and fixing maintenance materials to GB's water and power infrastructure—scope suggests recurring annual or seasonal work rather than one-off project.
Scale appears medium, covering regional maintenance across multiple assets. Critical barrier: bidders must already be on the W&P Department's approved/enlisted roster; new entrants cannot participate. WAPDA manufacturer authorization required upfront, indicating specialized/controlled supply chain. Tight closure (Sept 2026) with same-day bid opening suggests pre-qualified pool competes frequently.
Who can bid: Restricted to contractors/firms already approved and enlisted with GB Water & Power Department. WAPDA-approved manufacturer authorization mandatory for document purchase. Typically bidders require NTN, GST registration, and authority clearance; no PEC category specified (non-construction supply). New or unenrolled bidders excluded.
