Description / Scope of Work
SSGC Procurement Department invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement of Work Order and Disconnection Notice Books, a goods supply contract referenced as P106591 under FY 2026-27 budget allocation. The procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) in line with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The contract covers supply of printed stationery items essential for SSGC's operational documentation, with delivery and services as specified in the detailed tender documents available on the EPADS portal.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by either a bid security in the amount specified in the bidding documents or a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. Bidders must comply with eligibility criteria outlined in the tender documents, including relevant registrations and certifications as applicable to goods suppliers in Pakistan.
Electronic bids prepared in accordance with bidding document instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 12:30 PM. Bid opening will occur the same day at 1:00 PM through EPADS v2.0. Manual bid submissions are not accepted.
