Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Government Organization, Punjab invites pre-qualification applications from registered suppliers, workshops and firms throughout Punjab for providing services related to supply of spare parts, repair work for official cars and motorcycles, and purchase and replacement of tyres for four-wheelers. The pre-qualification process is conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and processed electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS). This is a framework arrangement covering two distinct lots: Lot I addresses vehicle repair and maintenance services while Lot II covers supply and replacement of tyres. Bidders may apply for one or both lots based on their capabilities and infrastructure.
Eligible bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-procurement on ePADS, hold valid FBR registration for income tax and sales tax compliance, possess a vendor number issued by AGPR, and maintain an active bank account with account maintenance certificate. All applicants must submit an affidavit on stamp paper of minimum value Rs. 100 declaring non-blacklisting and absence of litigation with government departments or organizations. Evaluation is conducted on multiple criteria including registration status, blacklisting and litigation history over the past three years, bank statement verification, past performance on government and corporate vehicle maintenance contracts, infrastructure and technical competence, and human resource capacity for vehicle repair services or market authorization for tyre dealerships.
Bidders must submit online applications via the ePADS portal at http://eprocure.org.pk before 05 October 2026 at 10:30 hours. The bid closing date is 05 October 2026 at 10:30 hours and opening date is the same day at 11:00 hours. Scanned copies of all supporting documents including the no-blacklisting affidavit must be submitted electronically, with original documents to be provided to FGO. Applicants must carefully examine all instructions, terms and conditions in the bidding documents as failure to provide required information may result in rejection of the electronic bid.
