Description / Scope of Work
The Collectorate of Customs (Airports) Islamabad invites pre-qualification of interested service providers and workshops for repair and maintenance work on vehicles of various makes and models, including Toyota and Honda. The scope encompasses repair, mechanical and suspension work, engine oil change, wheel alignment and balancing, electrical work, and purchase of tyres and other spare parts. This is a framework engagement based in Islamabad, Federal region, with pre-qualification applications to be submitted by 30 September 2026.
Eligible workshops must possess capabilities in various types of repair and maintenance, overhauling of engines, denting and painting, software and electronic technology handling, with relevant past experience in the field. Applicants require GST and NTN registration, sufficient parking and inspection space, wheel balancing and alignment access, spare parts availability, and valid no-black-listing certificate on judicial stamp paper of Rs.100. A technical committee will conduct physical verification of all service providers before final selection. Bids must be accompanied by a pay order in the name of Deputy Collector (HQ) equivalent to Pakistani Rs. 200,000 as call deposit or pay order.
Technical bids on firm letterhead should be submitted in sealed envelopes by hand on or before 30 September 2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening the same day at 01:30 PM. Applications must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement (ePADs) system via PPRA and FBR websites. The Collectorate reserves the right to cancel the tender under PPRA Rules. Interested bidders with valid NTN and STRN may participate in this pre-qualification process.
