Description / Scope of Work
Kohat University of Science and Technology invites sealed tenders for repair and maintenance works at its Main Campus and Hangu Campus in Kohat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 24,282,544 with a tender fee of Rs. 7,500. The project will be executed as per the work order completion period. Tenders are being invited through the Electronic Procurement and Allocation Delivery System (EPADS) following Single Stage Single Envelope procedures in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules 2014.
Eligible bidders must be Government contractors or firms with valid registration from the Pakistan Engineering Council holding a C-6 or above license category. The bid security (earnest money) is set at 2 percent of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 485,660, and must be submitted in the form of call deposits or Certificates of Deposit (CDRs) through EPADS. Only firms and contractors registered with KPPRA on E-PADS as vendors are eligible to purchase bidding documents.
Bid solicitation documents and bidding instructions are available from the Works Directorate office on any working day or can be downloaded from the KPPRA EPADS web portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk before the submission deadline. Prospective bidders are required to submit their bids online through E-PADS; no offline bids will be entertained. The last date and time for bid submission and opening is 29 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM respectively.
