Description / Scope of Work
Jinnah Institute of Cardiology, Lahore invites e-bids from eligible bidders for the supply of general store stationery items during the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement covers stationery supplies required for the institute's operational needs. Bidders must be manufacturers, sole agents, or sole importers of foreign principals engaged in trading, registered on e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) and with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments/Authorities. Eligible bidders must provide 2% Bid Security of the estimated cost of quoted items in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO), or Banker's cheque with the Technical Proposal. The original Bid Security must be submitted on or before the time of e-Bid opening in addition to soft copy upload on e-PADS portal. Bids must be submitted online on or before 26 September 2026 at 10:00 am. Item quotations must include both brand names in Technical & Financial Proposals. Hard copies of e-bids are not required.
E-bids submitted by the stipulated date and time will be opened on the same day at 11:00 am in the presence of bidders' representatives at the Purchase Section, Jinnah Institute of Cardiology, Lahore. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. Further information and bid documents can be obtained from the Purchase Section during working hours before the e-bid opening date. Procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
