Description / Scope of Work
District Council Bahawalnagar invites e-bids from registered contractors and firms for five development schemes under its Own Source Revenue (OSR) program across multiple cities in Bahawalnagar district, Punjab. The schemes comprise provision of sewerage infrastructure and park construction in Faqir Wali (estimated cost Rs 169.217 million), sewer line and street lighting construction in Mandi Sadiq Gunj (Rs 85 million), tuff tile provision in Fortabbas bazars (Rs 15.546 million), rehabilitation and disposal station upgradation in Donga Bonga (Rs 22 million), and tuff tile works in Chishtian city (Rs 70 million). Total estimated value across all schemes is approximately Rs 361.763 million. These are capital infrastructure projects aimed at improving municipal services and urban amenities in tehsils Haroonabad and Minchinabad, with some schemes executed through the District Joint Authority.
Bidders must be firms or companies engaged in trading and registered with relevant authorities including PEC license, Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments. Bid security of five percent of the estimated cost for each scheme must be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (ePADS) in favor of District Council Bahawalnagar. No physical deposit receipts are accepted. All bidders must possess valid PSID and submit bids through the prescribed single-stage two-envelope procedure.
Complete e-bids must be submitted online via the ePADS portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Technical bid opening and closing is scheduled for 26 September 2026 from 12:00 AM to 01:00 PM at DC Office Road, Bahawalnagar. Bidders are advised to submit well before the deadline.
