Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Research Centre for the Conservation of Indigenous Breeds (RCCIB) Jhang, under the Livestock & Dairy Development Department of the Government of the Punjab, invites bids for comprehensive services supporting farmer training programmes during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement encompasses sitting arrangements with sound systems, freshly prepared refreshment boxes, training materials, and associated display materials (pana-flexes) for the development scheme 'CM Punjab Herd Transformation to Enhance Livestock Productivity (Phase I)'. The estimated contract value is Rs. 4.00 Million, and this is a framework agreement for services to be delivered at various scheduled training sites across the province. The tender is issued from the Livestock Complex located 3-km on Toba Road near Shakarganj Sugar Mills in Jhang.
Eligibility requirements stipulate that bidders must be well-reputed firms, general order suppliers, or distributors registered with relevant tax and registration authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidders must demonstrate a minimum cumulative annual turnover of Rs. 4.00 Million over the last three years (evidenced by bank statements for 2023, 2024, and 2025). A bid security of 5 percent of the estimated tender cost, in the form of PSID (Pakistan Standard Institutional Document), must be generated in favour of the Director RCCIB Jhang. Mandatory documentation includes three years of business history, supply order details from the past three years, certified income tax registration, verified sales tax registration, professional tax registration for fiscal year 2026-27, an integrity undertaking on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100, and a copy of the National Identity Card (CNIC).
Bids are available online at no cost through the E-Procurement/PPRA website immediately after uploading on 10 September 2026. The deadline for tender submission is 26 September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with technical proposals opening at 10:30 AM the same day and financial proposals opening on 5 October 2026 at 10:00 AM.
