Description / Scope of Work
MC Gojra invites bids for the improvement and rehabilitation of road infrastructure in Samanzar Colony, Gojra. This is a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure with an estimated project value of Rs 49.406 million. The project scope encompasses the complete rehabilitation and improvement of the identified road section to restore serviceability and enhance traffic flow. The work is located in Gojra, Punjab province, and forms part of the municipality's infrastructure development programme under the Local Government & Community Development Department, Government of the Punjab.
Eligible bidders must submit a bid security as specified in the bidding data sheet and shall possess relevant licenses and registrations as required under applicable procurement regulations. Bidders are required to demonstrate technical capability through detailed method statements, equipment lists, construction schedules, and organizational charts for supervisory staff. Financial competence and access to adequate financial resources must be documented. An integrity pact must be signed by all bidders. Single bids per bidder are mandatory, and pre-bid meetings may be conducted as notified.
Bidding documents are available from MC Gojra and should be obtained as per the instructions contained therein. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with separate technical and financial components by the deadline specified in the bidding data sheet. The bid opening will be conducted in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the scheduled date. All bidders must comply with the PPRA Act 2009 and PPR-14 regulations, which override any conflicting provisions in these instructions.
