Five concurrent infrastructure projects totaling Rs 214+ million: three road rehabilitation schemes and two LED/solar lighting installations across Gujrat district.
Combined scope suggests significant capacity requirements, though projects appear individually modular. Immediate submission deadline (29 Sept 2026) allows modest planning window. All five works are one-off capital projects with standardized PEC licensing and e-bid submission. Notably, bidders must quote all five projects or face disqualification—no selective participation permitted under the "Whole Package" rule stated in the notice.
Who can bid: Firms must hold valid PEC licenses in relevant construction category, maintain active FBR and income tax registration, and possess professional tax status. Bidders must not be blacklisted under PPRA regulations or involved in current litigation. Typically, construction firms engaged in road work and electrical installation must also have technical capacity documentation and audited financial statements demonstrating turnover capability matching project scale.
