The Collectorate of Customs (Appraisement) in Quetta, Balochistan invites sealed tenders for the procurement of uniforms and various miscellaneous items for the financial year 2025-26. The scope of work involves the supply of official uniforms (A03906), cost of others (A03942), and additional general items (103970) with an estimated total budget exceeding 17 million rupees. This procurement aims to provide essential gear and supplies to the customs staff to ensure professional standards and operational readiness at the Custom House. Eligible firms must possess valid General Sales Tax registration, National Tax Number (NTN), and be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. Bidding will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) following the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Interested vendors must be on the FBR Active Taxpayer List and provide an affidavit confirming they have never been blacklisted by any government department. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the portal by 11:00 AM on 08 May 2026."
