Description / Scope of Work
The Metropolitan Corporation Lahore invites prequalification applications from eligible contractors, suppliers, and service providers for an initial period of one year, extendable up to two additional years. This procurement covers hiring of services for National and Religious Events, Public Meetings, arrival of local and foreign delegations and cricket teams, Government meetings, and other emergent requirements across six categories with a combined estimated value of PKR 1,770 million inclusive of all taxes. The prequalification framework is designed to establish a roster of pre-qualified vendors for rapid deployment during event-driven activities across Lahore, Punjab.
The procurement process shall be conducted entirely online through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Applicants must meet eligibility criteria as detailed in the Prequalification Document and can apply for one or more of the six available lots covering temporary lighting and generators, furniture and tentage arrangements, printing and publicity materials, refreshment supplies, office stationery, and IT equipment. Performance-based evaluation and prequalification validity subject to satisfactory delivery and authority approval are conditions of engagement.
The Prequalification Document is available free of cost from the PPRA Punjab website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab e-Procurement System website at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Proposals must be submitted through the e-Procurement System portal on or before 26 September 2026 by 10:30 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM.
