PURCHASE OF MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS - A03942-COST OF OTHER STORE

The Regional Tax Office (RTO) in Faisalabad, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various miscellaneous items and office equipment under the budget head A03942-Cost of Other Store. The scope of work includes the supply and delivery of 30 CCTV Night Vision IP Cameras (4MP), 10 paper shredders with auto-reverse functions, 35 UPS units with built-in batteries for computers, and 20 water dispensers. These items are required to upgrade the administrative and security infrastructure of the Regional Tax Office to ensure better operational efficiency and a secure working environment. Eligible firms and well-reputed suppliers must possess valid NTN and GST registrations and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR. The procurement process will be conducted strictly through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS), and no manual bids will be accepted. Interested bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals through the EPADS portal by 10:15 AM on 14 May 2026."
