Punjab Livestock and Dairy Development Board (PLDDB), a non-profit organization established under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984, invites sealed tenders for the supply of wrapping material for silage through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procurement comprises three lots: wrapping film for big bales (50 rolls, 23–25 micron thickness, 750 mm width, 1500–1650 metres per roll with one-year UV protection warranty), wrapping film for small bales (300 rolls, 22–25 micron thickness, 250 mm width, approximately 10 kg per roll, local type), and inner net for big bales (5 rolls, 1250 mm width, 3000 metres per roll, imported type). The total estimated cost is PRs 4,870,000 including taxes. Bidding will be conducted under Single Stage–Two Envelop procedures as specified in the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Bidders must be registered with the Electronic Procurement System (EPS) under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). All intending contractors and firms are required to submit bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated amount for each lot in favor of Punjab Livestock and Dairy Development Board. The bidding documents containing all terms, conditions, requirements and specifications are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Late bids will not be accepted.
Bidders must submit their sealed tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System up to 03:00 PM on September 26, 2026, and tenders will be opened at 03:30 PM on the same day. The bidding documents are immediately available under Rule 25(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
