Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) at Govt. College of Technology Mianwali invites electronic bids for the procurement of training material for masonry trade under a single stage one envelope national competitive bidding procedure. The estimated contract value is rupees 1,476,440 and the procurement is scheduled for execution in the 2026-27 financial year at the college located in Mianwali, Punjab. This is a specialized procurement of vocational training equipment and materials to support the masonry trade curriculum and hands-on skills development at the institution.
Bidders must be active tax filers registered with both the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department of Pakistan to be eligible. A refundable bid security of rupees 29,529 (equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated amount) must be deposited electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Only bidders meeting these financial and regulatory compliance requirements may participate in the tender process.

Completed bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk no later than 10:00 AM on 26 September 2026. Bids will be opened on the same date at 10:30 AM, with evaluation based solely on cumulative rates for the entire tender using the least cost method.
