Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) in Taxila, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various miscellaneous items required for the repair and maintenance of Dragoon Vehicles. The scope of work involves the supply of essential automotive and technical components, including Brake Oil (Dot 3 SAE 1703), Engine Oil (SAE 30), Hydraulic Oil (SAE 10), and specialized parts such as fuel filters, oil filters, and 12V 100 AH batteries. Additionally, the tender covers the replacement of brake master cylinders and the rectification of hydraulic systems for vehicle seating. Eligible firms must possess valid NTN certificates and will be evaluated based on the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA and MoDP rules. All items are to be delivered on a FOR basis within 30 days of contract signing. Interested reputable suppliers are required to submit their technical and financial proposals to the Commercial Directorate by 10:30 AM on 11 May 2026."
