For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Four service categories are being pre-qualified: vehicle/motorcycle repair, IT/hardware maintenance, plant/machinery repair, and furniture restoration.
This is a pre-qualification (rate-contract) exercise, not a one-time tender, suggesting recurring annual work. Scope appears medium-scale and localized to Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Tight closing date (06 October 2026). Applicants need established workshops with infrastructure, tax compliance, and FBR standing. Multiple registrations required may create compliance burden for smaller firms.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with Sales Tax/Income Tax Departments, hold active NTN, GST registration, Vendor Number, and Active Tax Payer Certificate from FBR. Must operate own workshops in Rawalpindi/Islamabad with adequate manpower and equipment. No PEC registration appears required as this is service maintenance, not construction.
