Description / Scope of Work
The National Assembly Secretariat invites electronic bids for the disposal of old and weeded-out newspapers on an as-is-where-is basis through a single stage one envelope bidding procedure. The disposal activity is being conducted in Islamabad under reference No.F.6(1)/2025-26-Library and Disposal Activity ID No. D10744, and is governed by the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2026. This is a public asset disposal tender open to individuals, sole proprietorships, partnership firms, private and public limited companies, holding companies, limited guarantee companies, state-owned enterprises, NGOs, NPOs, and international governmental organizations.
All bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for both income tax and sales tax purposes and must maintain active status on the Active Taxpayer List. The bidding procedure follows electronic submission protocols exclusively, with no manual bids accepted. Interested bidders should obtain complete bidding documents from the EPADS v2.0 portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ by searching for Disposal Activity ID No. D10744, or alternatively from the National Assembly of Pakistan website at www.na.gov.pk.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, 28th September 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM. Participating bidders will receive automatic notification from EPADS v2.0 regarding preliminary results, followed by final results notification as per the bidding documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under applicable rules.
