For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
SNGPL is procuring personal computers (all-in-one and tower desktop units) for its operations in Lahore.
This appears to be a moderate-scale IT procurement using federal funds for FY 2026-27, conducted via ePADS e-bidding. The tender uses Least Cost Based Selection, implying price is the primary driver; bidders must be registered on ePADS and provide bid security. Delivery terms, warranty, and after-sales service requirements should be reviewed in full specifications to assess technical compliance demands.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate. The notice does not explicitly state PEC registration, NTN, or SECP requirements; typically, suppliers of computer hardware must hold valid NTN, be registered with relevant sales tax authority, and possess manufacturer authorisation or valid distributorship certificates for the brands offered.
