For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

NUST is procuring IT equipment for its academic directorate at the Islamabad campus via EPADS e-bidding.
This is a national competitive tender using QCBS evaluation with single-envelope submission. Bidders must register on EPADS and meet standard eligibility requirements. The October 1, 2026 deadline allows moderate preparation time. Equipment specifications and exact quantities appear in the bid documents. No framework or recurring element is evident—this appears to be a one-off capital acquisition for academic IT infrastructure.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and eligible under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Typically, vendors must hold current NTN registration, possess relevant business registration from SECP or relevant authority, and maintain an active bank account. For IT equipment supply, no specific professional license (such as PEC) is typically required, though vendors should demonstrate relevant trading experience.
