For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
SSGC is procuring civil works for deep well ground bed installation across 7 CPS locations in Karachi West—a medium-scale infrastructure project under FY 2026-27 budget.
Scope is comprehensive (materials, labour, testing, commissioning) with tight deadline (Sept 2026). This appears one-off rather than recurring. Notably, electronic-only bidding via EPADS v2.0 is mandatory; manual submissions are rejected. Least-cost selection means competitive pricing is critical, and PEC C-6+ certification is a hard gate.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid PEC certificate Category C-6 or above and register on EPADS v2.0. Bid security (bank guarantee or securing declaration) required per prescribed format. No other registrations (SECP/NTN/FBR) explicitly stated but typically required for Pakistani contractors engaged in federal procurement.
