For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
PIMS is procuring specialized surgical supplies for three patient programs (PIMS, SSP, PBM) covering cardiac, electrophysiology and stroke procedures—indicating substantial ongoing demand.
The scope spans multiple lots of medical consumables and equipment for a federal teaching hospital with high procedure volumes. Bidders should note this is a national tender on EPADS; competition will likely be significant. The financial year 2026-27 scope and recurring nature suggest multi-year contract potential, though current notice covers FY 2026-27 only.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. The notice does not explicitly state PEC category or SECP registration; however, suppliers of medical equipment and consumables typically require valid NTN, relevant provincial trade registration, and may require product registration or quality certifications depending on item classification. Bidders should verify specific requirements in the full bidding documents.
