Description / Scope of Work
Social Security Hospital (SSH), Sargodha invites bids through the E-Procurement System (E-PS) for the provision of X-ray films and chemicals on a framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. This is an open competitive bidding exercise under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for the supply of radiological consumables to the hospital located on Lahore Road, Sargodha in Punjab. The estimated bid cost is Rs. 15,00,000 and bids are invited from pharmaceutical manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals, suppliers, distributors, firms, and wholesale distributors registered with the E-PS and PPRA. Firms blacklisted by PPRA or SSH Sargodha are ineligible to participate. The contract will be annual in nature covering goods supply throughout 2026-27.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the E-Procurement System (E-PS) and PPRA. A bid security equal to 2% of the total estimated cost must be submitted online on the e-procurement website on or before the closing date. The performance guarantee required is 5% of the total contract value. Interested bidders should download the e-bidding documents, detailed specifications and instructions from PPRA, PESSI websites and the E-Procurement System portal from the date of tender publication onwards. Firms blacklisted by any procurement authority are not permitted to bid.
E-bids with readable scanned copies must be uploaded on the E-Procurement System (E-PS) by 22 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. The bidding procedure follows Single Stage - Two Envelopes format as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014.
