SSGC is procuring civil works for installing five deep well ground beds across Sindh's transmission pipeline network.
This is a medium-scale, one-off installation project with technical complexity requiring PEC-certified contractors. The tight 3+ year timeline to September 2026 suggests standard planning; evaluation uses Least Cost methodology, so competitive pricing on BoQ items will be critical. Bidders must navigate e-PADS submission—manual bids rejected—and demonstrate pipeline installation experience at scale.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) certificate and be registered on EPADS v2.0. Typically, NTN/FBR registration and tax compliance are required for SSGC tenders. No stated restrictions on firm size or prior contract value, but PEC category likely C-1 or higher given transmission pipeline scope. Bid security via declaration format accepted.
