Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Corporation, Dera Ghazi Khan invites e-bids for three framework contracts under fiscal year 2026-27 with a combined estimated value of approximately 39.845 million Pakistani rupees. The three projects comprise beautification and rehabilitation of kerb stones, jersey barriers, lane markings, tuff tiles and cat eyes installation across different roads within MC limits; repair, maintenance and establishment of bus stops and shelters for the public e-bus transport system in Dera Ghazi Khan; and purchase and supply of street light materials for restoration of street lighting infrastructure across municipal roads and street chowks. All works are scheduled for completion by 30 June 2027. The procurement is being conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (e-PADS) on a single-stage one-envelope basis.
Eligible bidders must be contractors, firms, manufacturers or authorised dealers registered with PEC in category C6 and above with relevant codes, and must maintain valid registrations with FBR and PRA (NTN and PNTN). Bid security is required at five percent of estimated cost for each scheme, payable as CDR or bank guarantee from any scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of MC DG Khan. Original bid security instruments in soft form must reach the e-PADS system before the submission deadline, with hard copies submitted in original form at the Municipal Officer's office prior to bid opening.
Bidding documents are available for free download from the e-PADS website at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. E-bids must be submitted by 25 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. Bids remain valid for 120 days from opening. Bidders are strongly advised to upload submissions well ahead of the deadline. Conditional tenders will not be accepted, and rates must be provided in both figures and words with item-wise breakdowns.
