Description / Scope of Work
DHQ Hospital Rajanpur invites competitive bids for repair and renovation of the Catheterization Laboratory under the scheme titled Provision of Missing Facilities at DHQ Hospital Rajanpur in Punjab. The project is valued at PKR 3.051 million and is open to well-reputed firms and contractors registered with PEC in category C-6, along with valid GST, FBR and PRA registrations. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement portal at www.ep.punjab.gov.pk under a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA regulations 2014.
Eligible bidders must possess a valid PEC License with relevant code and category valid until 30 June 2027, GST registration, FBR tax registration, and PRA registration. A bid security of PKR 152,550 (5 percent of estimated cost) must be deposited through the Punjab eProcurement System as a 1link bill or invoice, clearly marked with the Bidding Document Number and Title, before the bid submission deadline. Upon issuance of the Acceptance Letter, the successful contractor must execute an agreement on government-specified stamp paper within seven days to receive the Work Order.
