Description / Scope of Work
The Sports Department of the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore invites single-stage two-envelope e-bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers and dealers of well-reputed firms, companies and joint ventures for the procurement of gym equipment. The estimated procurement value is Rs. 3,332,900, with the bid security fixed at Rs. 99,990 representing three percent of the estimated amount. This procurement is being conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System in compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, with bid submission and opening scheduled for 28 September 2026.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidders are required to submit technical and financial proposals as separate envelopes through the online e-procurement portal. Bids must be submitted online on or before 28 September 2026 at 10:00 a.m., with opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 a.m. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 18 September 2026 at 10:30 a.m. in the office of the Director Physical Education, UET Lahore.
