Description / Scope of Work
The Skills Development & Entrepreneurship Department, Government of the Punjab invites proposals and bids from eligible firms for procurement of computer stationery, general stationery, other items, cost of others, printing and publishing services, IT equipment, furniture, and plant and machinery under an annual framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is issued under Bid Reference No. SO (G) / (SD&ED) 8-7/2026 (Budget) and shall be conducted through open tender on a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Tender documents are available free of cost for download from the official website www.punjab.gov.pk and via the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://eprocurement.punjab.gov.pk. The scope encompasses annual framework contracting for recurring supply of consumables, equipment and services to support departmental operations.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax and sales authorities and possess up-to-date Income and Sales Tax Registration Certificates duly signed and stamped by authorized company representatives. All bids submitted electronically must be registered on the e-Procurement System at eprocurement.punjab.gov.pk. Incomplete bids lacking proper signatures, stamps, or submitted through channels other than the official e-Procurement portal will not be considered.
