Punjab Transport Company invites sealed bids from at least AA-rated insurance companies or groups of companies registered with relevant authorities and tax departments for the provision of Group Health Insurance with Outpatient Department (OPD) coverage. The tender is issued under reference IPL-9474 and covers health insurance services for the company's employees across Punjab province. The estimated contract value is one million rupees with bid security of five percent of the estimated price to be submitted through iLink or Bank Guarantee options digitally via the Punjab E-Procurement System. The procurement follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).
Eligibility requires bidders to be PACRA or JCR-VIS rated AA or above and properly registered with all relevant authorities including tax departments. Bid security must be paid or submitted through iLink or Bank Guarantee options digitally on behalf of Punjab Transport Company. The bid documents must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Hard copies submitted by hand or courier will not be entertained. All bids must be submitted online on or before 24 September 2026 at 03:00 PM, with bid opening at 03:30 PM through the E-Procurement System at the address specified by the Evaluation Committee.
