Shortlisting of Architect and Engineer Consulting Firms for Khairpur SEZ Building Plan Approval

Sindh Economic Zones Management Company, Government of Sindh invites applications from reputed consulting firms specializing in architecture and structural engineering to establish a panel for vetting and approving building plans, architectural drawings, and structural and mechanical-electrical-plumbing (MEP) drawings for industrial buildings at Khairpur Special Economic Zone in Sindh province. The scope involves technical review and approval of construction documentation to ensure compliance with applicable standards and zone regulations for multiple industrial development projects. Eligible consulting firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) or Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP), hold current registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and maintain active status on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List. Interested firms must be registered with the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) for online submission of proposals. The Expression of Interest documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available free of cost from www.sezmc.gos.pk, www.ksez.com.pk, and https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. All proposals must be submitted online through the ePADS portal by the deadline. Document issuance runs from 09:00 AM on 11 September 2026 until 10:00 AM on 29 September 2026, with submission closing at 11:00 AM on 29 September 2026 and application opening scheduled for 12:00 noon the same day at the SEZMC office, 2nd Floor, Bahria Complex IV, Gizri, Karachi. SEZMC reserves the right to accept or reject any applications subject to relevant SPPRA rules 2010.
