This is a recurring annual food supply contract for five social welfare institutions across Swat, valued at Rs.10 million.
The contract requires continuous daily delivery to multiple dispersed locations, which implies operational logistics as a key differentiator. Bidders must maintain certified supply chains for fresh, dry and cooked items simultaneously. The 5% bid security requirement and strict E-PAD compliance suggest a formally managed procurement. This is suitable for established food suppliers with multi-location delivery capability and institutional catering experience in Swat.
Who can bid: Only Federal or Provincial registered contractors, general order suppliers, and manufacture registration holders are eligible. Bidders must have valid registration documentation and CDR for bid security. Typically, food suppliers for institutional contracts must also hold health and food safety certifications from relevant provincial authorities.
