Description / Scope of Work
The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan invites bids through EPADS v2.0 from eligible bidders registered on the e-procurement platform for the supply of chemicals, reagents, glassware and reference standards required for the National Control Laboratory of Biologics during the financial year 2026-27. This procurement covers laboratory consumables and standards necessary for quality control and testing operations in Islamabad. The invitation is open to all registered bidders meeting the eligibility requirements outlined in the e-bidding documents available on the EPADS portal.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this procurement. Detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are contained in the e-bidding documents available through the EPADS acquisition and disposal system. All bids must comply strictly with the instructions provided in the e-bidding documentation. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.
E-bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/103825. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM.
