NADRA Headquarters Islamabad invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders for the purchase of land or plots at the Industrial Area in Rawat District, Rawalpindi, Federal Province. Bid documents are available for download from the EPADS portal. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 16 September 2026 at 10:00 AM at NADRA HQ G-5/2 Islamabad. Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 28 September 2026 at 11:00 AM through EPADS; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. The hard copy of bid security must be submitted by 28 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, otherwise electronic bids will be rejected.
