Federal Judicial Academy, Islamabad invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for the provision and installation of a 3.84 kilowatt on-grid solar photovoltaic system at the Academy's premises in Sector H-8/4, Islamabad on a turnkey basis. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 39,541,303 with a bid security of Rs. 1,977,065. This is a single-stage, two-envelope procurement conducted through the EPADС v2.0 electronic bidding platform in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. All bidders must be registered on the EPADС portal and possess valid registrations with the relevant authorities.
Eligibility requirements mandate that bidders hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration with category C-3 and specific code EE-04 for solar and electrical work. Bidders must also be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue, hold active taxpayer status, appeal on the FBR Active Taxpayers List, and possess all necessary licenses and qualifications as specified in the bidding documents.
