For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
The Supreme Court seeks qualified contractors to rehabilitate and maintain comprehensive fire alarm and firefighting systems at its Islamabad headquarters building.
This is a specialized infrastructure project combining rectification, testing, commissioning and annual O&M services. The contract spans multiple phases from rehabilitation through operational maintenance. Competition is expected to be strong given the high-profile client and technical complexity. Bidders must hold FBR taxpayer registration and submit 2% bid security in hard copy; e-bids alone will not be accepted.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue on the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments lists. No specific PEC or technical certification is mentioned, but typically such fire systems contracts require installation or maintenance credentials from recognized fire safety bodies.
