Description / Scope of Work
PDOHA Karachi invites sealed bids from reputed firms registered under the Income Tax and Sales Tax Acts for the installation of CCTV cameras and Network Video Recorders (NVRs) at the DA Club facility in Karachi, Sindh. The detailed specifications for this security infrastructure project are provided in the tender documents. The scope encompasses supply and installation of surveillance equipment to enhance security monitoring capabilities at the club premises. This is a specialized procurement requiring technical expertise in closed-circuit television systems and network recording technology.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms under relevant tax authorities. Tender documents will be issued upon submission of a written application to the undersigned office against payment of PKR 1,000 per tender in the form of a pay order drawn in favour of Pakistan Defence Officer Housing Authority (Non-Refundable). Interested contractors should possess experience in CCTV and NVR installation projects and maintain current tax and business registrations.
Sealed bids must reach the undersigned office by 16 September 2026 at 1000 hours. Bids will be opened on the same date at 1000 hours. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all quotations under the provisions of rules and regulations.
