Pakistan Railways, Peshawar Division invites sealed bids from government-registered contractors and firms for the collection of toll tax on Kalabagh Rail-Cum-Road Bridge No. 03 on the Mari Indus–Bannu Section in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This is a one-year contract for toll collection operations on a dual-use infrastructure crossing. The toll rates are fixed by the railway administration: Auto Rickshaw at Rs. 10 per crossing, Car and Pick-Up (Passenger) at Rs. 30 per crossing, and Mini Bus, Wagon (Hi-Ace) and Pick-Up (Commercial) at Rs. 50 per crossing. The scope encompasses tax collection, revenue management, and compliance reporting throughout the contract period.
Eligible bidders must be government-registered contractors or firms with prior experience in tax collection and must maintain up-to-date registration renewal with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or the concerned department. Bid security of Rs. 430,000 is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Peshawar, with the firm name on the CDR being mandatory. The original bid security must also be submitted to the Works Accounts Branch of the Divisional Superintendent's office along with all other necessary documents.
Tender documents are available from https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders must submit their price bid through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) by 11:00 hours on 6 October 2026. A scanned copy of the bid security must accompany the electronic submission. Price bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 hours in the chamber of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Peshawar, in the presence of firm representatives who wish to witness the opening.
