Description / Scope of Work
Kinnaird College for Women, located in Lahore, Punjab, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders and suppliers for the purchase of laboratory equipment, instruments and articles for Phase-III under tender enquiry number 00212. The procurement is issued by the Director Labs department with an estimated contract value of PKR 927,000 and covers items numbered 1 to 7 as detailed in the tender annexure. The bidding process will be conducted through the Punjab e-procurement portal (PPRA Rules, 2014) using a single-stage two-envelope procedure open to all registered and eligible suppliers.
Eligible bidders must be well-established firms, companies, sole agents or trading entities registered with the Federal Board of Revenue under both Income Tax and Sales Tax within the current tax cycle. All bids must be accompanied by earnest money equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated price (PKR 46,350), submitted as original bid security along with stamp paper and any required samples at the time of bid closure. Bid validity extends for 90 days from the submission date.
Bidding documents containing all terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available free of cost from the PPRA Punjab website (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the e-procurement portal (http://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted online by 06 October 2026 at 11:00 am, with opening scheduled for 11:30 am the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
