Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority invites electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of five suitable vehicles of 2800cc engine capacity for establishment of mobile food testing laboratories in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The authority seeks bids from highly reputed original manufacturers or authorized dealers of original manufacturers possessing approved JS quality services covering sales, service and parts, with valid registration from relevant income tax and sales tax departments and active status on the FBR Active Tax Payer list. This procurement represents a significant investment in food safety infrastructure, enabling the authority to deploy mobile laboratory facilities across the province for enhanced food quality monitoring and halal compliance assurance.
Bidders must be original manufacturers or authorized dealers with proper authorization certificates and must maintain active tax compliance status with FBR. Bid security equivalent to two percent of the total bid cost is mandatory, to be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favor of the Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 1:00 PM on 4th October 2026, with opening scheduled one hour later at 2:00 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 21st September 2026 at 12:00 PM in the Conference Room of the Directorate General, located at Ground Floor, New C&W Building, Khyber Road, Police Lines, Peshawar.
