ISMO seeks prequalified framework suppliers for recurring consumables procurement spanning 12 months from October 2026.
This is a closed framework agreement targeting stationary through refreshment items—typical institutional procurement with demand-driven call-offs rather than fixed quantities. The October 12 bid invitation and October 28 contract execution suggest a tight three-week prequalification window; applicants must be ready to present credentials quickly. Framework agreements typically offer volume potential but require strong operational capacity to fulfill varied, unpredictable orders at short notice.
Who can bid: National applicants only. Specific eligibility criteria are detailed in the prequalification documents—the notice does not list them explicitly. Typically, suppliers in this category must hold a valid NTN, register with SECP if a company, and provide evidence of operational capacity, financial standing, and prior supply experience relevant to the goods categories.
