Description / Scope of Work
BSO Creeks at Sujawal, Sindh, invites sealed quotations from well-reputed registered firms for the provision of hired transport services during fiscal year 2026-27. The scope encompasses one three-ton truck for approximately 60 trips annually serving multiple origins including Gharo (25 trips to LSS Keti Bandar and S-16 Sujawal), Shah Bandar (20 trips), and S-15 & S-17 locations (15 trips), as well as two howras for 30 trips each operating through river routes between Thatta and Sujawal, totaling 120 trips across all transport modes. This is a recurring annual procurement issued under reference PN/HQ COASTAL COMMAND/GENERAL/7209065 dated 09 September 2026.
Bidders must be registered firms holding valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration Number. Detailed terms and conditions are available from the office of the President Local Purchase Committee at BSO Creeks, Sujawal, between 0900 to 1300 hours daily except weekends upon submission of a non-refundable fee of rupees 5,000. The Local Purchase Committee will evaluate all submissions in accordance with procurement regulations applicable to Pakistan Navy.
Sealed quotations must reach the office of the President Local Purchase Committee, BSO Creeks, before 1100 hours on 30 September 2026. Tender opening will be conducted on 29 September 2026 at 1130 hours at HQ 301 Creeks Brigade building in the presence of bidders and the Local Purchase Committee.
