The Diamer-Astore Forest Circle, under the Government of Gilgit Baltistan, invites sealed bids for transportation of 193,852 Cubic Feet (CFT) of seized illegal timber from various valleys and locations across Diamer District to designated Forest Depots within the Diamer-Astore Forest Circle jurisdiction. This tender encompasses the movement and stacking of confiscated timber at multiple notified storage facilities. The procurement is conducted under reference NO.CFDA-2(28)/2025 and represents a significant logistics operation in the forestry sector of Gilgit Baltistan. Bidders must be financially stable entities registered with the Government, having maintained a minimum credit transaction of Rs 60 million over the last two years with a closing balance of at least Rs 10 million, and possess certificates demonstrating prior experience transporting timber or goods for Government and semi-Government organizations during the preceding three years.
