Central Ordnance Depot Lahore invites sealed bids for the local purchase of ordnance stores and Jammers items for EME Workshops and installations across Pakistan as per specified technical requirements and Annex A, intended for use by the Pakistan Army. The tender is issued under reference 02304 / 2026 - 2027 /IT - 4 on 14 September 2026. Bidding is open to original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Quotations must be submitted separately as Technical Offer and Commercial Offer in sealed envelopes marked clearly in bold letters and red ink. Technical specifications, brochures and documents must be included with the technical proposal, while rates and pricing are submitted only in the commercial offer. All quotations must be in Pakistan Currency (PKR) with a single rate per item; multiple rates for the same item will result in rejection. Bid documents can be obtained from COD Lahore Cantt (LP Branch) on any working day within 15 days of publication. Sealed bids will be received until 10:30 AM on 30 September 2026 and opened at 11:00 AM the same day in the presence of depot board members and firm representatives if desired. Technical proposals will be evaluated first without reference to price, followed by financial proposal evaluation of technically accepted bids. Successful bidders must ensure delivery, installation, on-site functionality testing at regional workshops nationwide at quoted rates, with a performance guarantee of 10% of contract value valid until the warranty period expiry.
