Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (MIS) invites sealed bids for the procurement and renewal of Trellix Complete Endpoint Protection Business License for PNSC under reference P117907. This is a goods procurement conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procurement is planned for FY 2026-27 with funds already reserved by the organisation.
All eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 are invited to participate. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amount as specified in the Bid Data Sheet section of the bidding documents, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. The bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/117907. Bidders must register themselves on EPADS v2.0 prior to submission to participate in the bidding process.
E-bids prepared in accordance with the e-Bidding Documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM using EPADS v2.0.
